Wikisource:Bot
Un bot (scurtamento de robot) el xe un programa che laora su le pagine de Wikisource come se el fusse un utente, ma molto più svelto. De solito el se dòpara par laori longhi e ripetitivi (e noiosi), in modo da métarghe manco tempo. El pole essar scrito in qualsiasi lenguagio de programassion che permeta de mandare al server richieste HTTP; par desso ghe ne xe in Java, PHP, Python e Perl.
I bot i ga uno status diverso da quelo de un utente normale e normalmente no i se vede sui Ultimi canbiamenti, parché i vegna fora bisogna strucar mostra i bot.

canbia- L'utilizzo di un bot non autorizzato, data l'elevata frequenza con cui può intervenire sulle voci, intasa la pagina Ultime modifiche rendendo estremamente difficile il lavoro di controllo delle modifiche.
- Per tale motivo, i bot non autorizzati possono venire bloccati, mentre quelli "fuori controllo" devono essere bloccati a vista.
- Per poter avere lo status di bot, occorre chiederne l'autorizzazione a un burocrate.
